We purchase engines from ship breaking yards and bring them to our workshop and carrying out the following process before delivering the spares to the customers to ensure quality of products.

  • Dismantling of the engine at our workshop with proper tools by qualified technicians.

  • Proper cleaning, including chemical cleaning if required.

  • Calibrations, pressure testing & other NDT tests as required.

  • Painting and another surface treatment as required.

  • Protected very well by Greece or chemical & covered by special material.

  • Packing in wooden boxes or as required

  • Dispatching the goods as per the dispatch instructions.

  • All items are checked thoroughly before dispatch, by our qualified staff.

  • When any class certificate is required by the clients, we will send to any approved workshop at Mumbai, complete all the works there, carryout all tests and get it certified by any class required by customer.

  • All items are packed properly in wooden boxes to avoid any kind of damage during handling and transit. Thus, we assure good working condition of all items supplied by us.

  • We provide complete servicing of the pneumatic system during dry docking or during port stay or anchorage. We do the complete servicing in short time by swapping the components on exchange basis to keep the vessel’s operational commitments.

  • We also keep the record of the vessel attended and set up Maintenance program for periodical servicing which can reduce cost (Dry dock budget) and keep system up to date with zero down time.

  • We provide technical support 24/7 to our customer and assist ship’s crew to trouble shoot over telephone call when in need.

  • Our repair team is ready to fly any part of the world at short notice to attend urgent calls.

  • We also support with OEM representatives for Woodward PG Governors, Kongsberg (NOR Controls), Soren T Lyngso systems.

  • Provide Automation Solution/Modify the existing system to suit to customer requirement.
